All of Baltimore Sailing Club are so proud of Revelin Minihane & Team Oracle USAon winning the Americas Cup 2013. Rev has been an inspirational sailor ever since he was a small boy sailing in Baltimore Harbour, going on to sail in (and win) many events over the past numbers of years. He is a past Irish Commodore's Cup Team sailor (serving as bow man for Anthony O'Leary BSC on Antix in 2006). He is former Fastnet Schools regatta winner, numerous 1720 Regatta wins and former Mirror world dinghy champion ( South Africa in 1999). He has spent the past number of years jetting off around the World sailing with Russell Coutts, before being invited to be part of Oracle Team USA for the Americas Cup during the past five years.
Revelin is also a helmsman with Baltimore RNLI lifeboat. Seen in photo (above) holding the America's Cup aloft during celebrations in San Franciso with team mates in post regatta celebrations.
"A big congratulations Revelin, all at Baltimore Sailing Club are so proud of all your achievements".
